The Forging Process
Raw Material Selection
We begin with high-grade carbon and alloy steels, sourced from American mills to ensure consistent quality and superior durability for every tool we produce.
Hot Forging
In our massive furnaces, the steel is heated to its critical forging temperature. This process allows us to shape the metal into complex, high-strength forms.
Heat Treatment
Following the initial shape, our instruments undergo precise heat treatment cycles. This hardening and tempering process ensures surgical precision and long-term resilience.
